I left a career in IT working for insurance and banking companies after 30 years to follow my long term interest in fish farming, conservation and the environment.

In 2014 I helped form the new Bristol Fish Project building on work carried out by Alice. The objective was to create a sustainable urban based agriculture producer by implementing an aquaponics systems, minimizing the use of prime natural resources and using food waste wherever possible. Unfortunately I had to leave the project in 2016 due to a move away from the area – just before the first fish were added to the system.
