We are an active member of the British Aquaponics Association. This means that we actively share resources and research with the other members of the network and engage in collaborative innovation, technology partnerships, knowledge sharing, policy recommendations and so forth. BAQUA believes that linking aquaponic experts, backyard growers and other stakeholders together with the joint aim of growing the aquaponic movement in the UK can support the development of the sector. BAQUA therefore is not a traditional association in structure (i.e. voting rights, Annual General Meetings) but rather a group of people who have joined together to fulfil common aims and objectives in promoting and developing aquaponics in the UK and abroad.
