We had a little launch last week to celebrate the arrival of our Fish, and to inaugurate the trial – which will run until February. We were joined by the friends of the project and some of our community supporters. Councillor Guy Paultney who’s been doing tonnes for sustainability in Lockleaze came down to the project to ‘cut the ribbon’ which involved feeding the fish and some very charming grins from all of us for the media…
So we are officially STARTED, the trial will now last until February and the fish are already growing. Lets hope we succeed in getting them up to plate size in that time! They are not so big at the moment – about the size of your little finger…
You can read the BBC’s take on the launch here.
As soon as we have some photographs we’ll post them 🙂
How are you heating the tanks?
