There she is our beautiful fishplant system set-up and cycling in the Phoenix Cafe where we are demonstrating how plants grown by aquaponics can be used in the cafe for asian dishes and salads. We spent an hour yesterday preparing the propagator with Choi Sum, Nasturtium, Chinese Squash and Watercress – for colourful and nutritious yum yum yum!
