Food for Future Generations – EATING CITY PLATFORM

Today’s post is on behalf of Eating City Platform, to thank everyone for having spread their call for participants for the third edition of Eating City Summer Campus that took place in France, from August 12th to August 22nd. Thank to this network, they received some very good applications.

In the particular year of EXPO Milan 2015, fully dedicated to food, energy for life, ECP have asked 42 participants from the 5 continents to reflect together and write a declaration for a better food system by taking in consideration the 4 elements: water, air, fire, earth. Just like the participants of editions 2013 and 2014 did, – and their outputs are beyond expectations!

So, we are glad to invite you to read the third declaration of Villarceaux on their website (www.eatingcity.org). This year, they have also developed new tools, in order to foster such commitments for a better food system and to make a stronger dissemination of the message of young generations, that is renewed year after year, in the Villarceaux declaration. In particular, it is possible to sign the declaration if you agree with the contents and/or send any comments through the blog and therefore we invite all of you to do so if you wish.

You are also very welcome to extend this invitation to your friends and colleagues, by sending them the link or sharing it in your preferred social network (http://www.eatingcity.org/villarceaux-declaration-2015/).

ECP needs your support as this year they intend to take the text to the level of United Nations, in several occasions and in particular during COP 21 meeting.
PLEASE Take a minute to GET INVOLVED!
